Thursday, March 26, 2015 – Labor Pains: What Employers Should Know About DOL Investigations

Do not ignore them. They will not go away. Department of Labor investigators are writing, calling or visiting your business to make inquiry about your workforce practices. Compliance is often the only sensible option, but how much “cooperation” is enough? Our luncheon session will seek to educate attendees about the DOL and its investigatory practices, and offer practical advice for understanding the employer’s options for compliance.
